The Global Leadership Summit, the world’s premiere annual leadership event, will be held through a simulcast on August 8-9 on the Holy Angels campus, located at 10450 Ellerbe Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71106.
The 2024 Global Leadership Summit is a two-day event that will equip participants with high-impact leadership talks on topics like failure, communication frequencies, teamwork and storytelling in leadership. It will be co-hosted by Emmy Award-winning journalist Paula Faris, simulcast from the Chicagoland main campus.
Attendees will hear from 15+ world-class speakers from diverse fields, including:
- Craig Groeschel — Founder and Senior Pastor, Life.Church
- Amy C. Edmondson — Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management, Harvard Business School
- Marcus Buckingham — Founder of the Strengths Revolution
- Carey Lohrenz — First Female F-14 Tomcat Fighter Pilot in the U.S. Navy
- Mike Krzyzewski (“Coach K”) — Head Men’s Basketball Coach, Duke University (1980 – 2022)
- Joni Eareckson Tada — Founder and CEO, Joni and Friends; Disability Advocate
Holy Angels is among 400 local sites hosting the Summit around the U.S., and it is projected that 60,000 people in the U.S. alone will attend. With the theme “Design Your Tomorrow,” participants will be inspired and equipped with the leadership skills necessary to shape a better tomorrow.
The Global Leadership Summit will also be experienced in over 110 countries and 55 languages worldwide beginning in the fall. The Summit is a nonprofit that also makes the event available to 300 prisons and non-profits serving at-risk populations.
