The 43rd Annual TASTE: A Festival of Food and Art will return on Thursday, September 26 from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the Shreveport Convention Center. Please complete the form below to apply for a booth at TASTE. Vendors must submit applications by August 28th to receive full promotional benefits.

TASTE Vendor Information

Vendors will receive:

Recognition on the TASTE website, social media, email promotions, and other marketing materials.

Exposure to an audience of more than 20,000 through email and social media.

Opportunity to bring your brand to 1,500+ guests at TASTE

Four complimentary tickets to TASTE – valued at a total of $400

Other details:

While there is no Vendor fee, all vendors are responsible for providing approximately 1,500 “tastes” of their featured food or beverage

TASTE will provide serving pieces to Vendors

Vendors must be set up no later than 5 p.m. on the day of the event

Vendors will be notified of their acceptance status as soon as possible after their application is submitted

Vendors may be asked to change their food or beverage offerings based on other items that have already been approved. This ensures the best selection for TASTE guests!

    • One attendant is available to you for each of the following services if scheduled in advance. Please let us know if you need additional support.
    • Each vendor will receive 1,500 quantity of selected serving size and utensil. Exact size of containers may vary. TASTE Coordinators will let you know of any changes. (Subject to change)
