The Champions for Individuals with Disabilities is a group of young, energetic professionals committed to bringing awareness to the significant impact made by Holy Angels.
In 2010, the Champions for Individuals with Disabilities group was created to help promote engagement with and investment in our community and to provide knowledge about how to give back to the young people of Shreveport-Bossier.
The Champions support the clients of Holy Angels by helping to improve their quality of life, and allowing them to achieve their fullest potential toward a healthy, active and independent life. They do this through their gifts of time, talent and treasure. In addition to the many volunteer hours the Champions devote to Holy Angels, the group is successfully continuing the process of building donor relationships and loyalty.
The Champions have developed a thoughtfully devised annual fund called Raising for the Residents. This annual campaign is creating a strong force of advocates who will dedicate themselves to Holy Angels’ advancement through their philanthropy and volunteer services.
